Our Sunday morning class is cancelled for Easter brunch at Village 360. If you aren't joining that event, consider joining us for a wildflower hike! I know the most beautiful places to see wildflowers in Rockville Regional park, let me share them with you.

What could be more beautiful than a field of wild flowers?

Research consistently shows that being surrounded by nature lowers your stress response by increasing serotonin and dopamine in your body. These natural chemicals play a role in feelings of well-being.

Join Dorene on a wild flower hike to nourish your body and soul. 

The main parking lot is located at 2149 Rockville Rd, just 4 miles from our studio space. We will meet and gather at the picnic tables directly through the gates. There is a small fee of $5 for park use that is not included in the hike rate. There is a kiosk that accepts credit cards and cash, change is not provided.

-This 2-3 mile hike is all levels and will last about 90-120 minutes
-Hiking boots are recommended
-Rain cancellation if necessary

-Yoga mats are not necessary
